Accounts amounting to £2O. lis =94 were passed for payment. > It waa resolved that the annii.il meeting of the Board be held on Thursday, the -Ith .May, and the annual meeting of ratepayers be held On the samo day at 2-p.n. Tho Returning Officer was directed to give notice of tho election to fill the vacancies caused by the'retirement of Messrs Ilandyside and Armstrong. ;
