Tho following satiafnctory report has been circulated for tho coming annual meeting of tho abovo company:— In submitting their Balanco Sheet for the year ended 28th February, 1893, your Directors have to report that the total value of work done is '£4,561 & Id. The profit and loss account shorn a balance of £426 9s 2d, which after deducting £24610s 2d brought forward, leaves the sum of £l7O 19a to the good on the year's transactions, Your Directors propose to p-ty shareholders a dividend of 8 per cent, which will absorb £lll 0s 2d and carry the balance of £Bl5 9s forward, Moasrs J, Stuckcy and A, W. Cave retire from the tho Directorate but, being eligible, offer themselves for reelection,
