[by ujipiue.] The third and final match between the Exoelsiora and Oriental clubs was played on the Park Oval yteaterday, resulting in a victory for tbo Excelsiors, whoare.nowthe "conquerors" for the season. The highest scorers foe the winners were Johnston, Walker and Hicol, and for the losers King was the only one to enter double figures. The fielding of the Excelsiora was especially good, the long' stopping of A. Bennett in the second innings being splondid. The following are the scores

The return match between teams representing the WF.O.A Cricket ; Olub and the Tradesmen's Orickot Club, was played on the oval yesterday and was won by the former olub on tho Ist innings. Ralph and Dash who bowled for the W.F.C.A. in the first iunings were in splendid form, and helped by the excellent fielding of their team managed to dispose ot their opponents for the small total of 29. For tho losers Leeks was the most successful bowler, Richards and Minifie also trundled very well. Had tho game been played out, the Tradesmen would undoubtedly have won, having only eight runs to make with four wioketß to fall.' The following are the scores:—
