WRECK AT KAIPARA.

The Marino Department has received a teleqram from the Harbour Master at Kaipnra, stating that the hull of a vessel, bottom upwards, has been washed ashore in tho surf at the outer south heads, It is very doubtful whether she can bo reached allow water, but a party is going across to tho lioads to make enquiries,
