Seilar, showed a debit balance of £l7 11 Id. ■: COHSESKWDENtfE Was received from Me G, Moore, stating he had pleasure in forming the Trustees that a obegae for £ls had been passed by the Pahtattia County Council as & donation to the Hospital.: HOSPITAL DIAKV. The Hospital Diary for the month was read. ■ ■ Acociwra. The following accounts were passed for payment :—O. Hughes, £8 18a 7sd; B.;Jorie*, £llos 2§dj B. F. Temple & Co., £5 Oa 2d: J. Three males and one female were admitted during the month, and three males and two females were discharged. • : : ; EESIQBATIOH.i The Eev. Father McKenna said it w&g probably known tomost of the Trustees that he proposed taking a trip to the Old Country, and should most likely be absent about sight months. He therefore thought the best plan wan to tender his resignat on as a member, pi the Trust. Mr Boddington said he hoped Father McKenna would come forward again on his return to Master* ton. ■' :: ' V;;Father. McKenna said he tool: a deep interest in the Hospital and resigned with regret, and Bbouk! be always prepared to again act if a vacancy occtired, but boßhonld not care to contest an election.
The Chairman said they would miss ■ Father MoKimna's services very much, : and he hoped to see him re-elected in | Jaauary. As Father MoKenna had ' remarked -with only six Trustees it 1 ■would be as well to accept the resignation S and v they ail- wished him a plwaot trip. He would therefore move that the resignation be accepted with regret. . Mr J. B. Keith BeaoDdfld., -He hoped that thay might soon welcome Father McKenna back. TIBITIKQ HeUBEB. Mr W.rH. Beetham was appointed visiting member for the month, and the meeting then vent into committee.
