UPPER TAUERU ROAD BOARD.
Ordinary meeting, Tho ordinary meeting of the above Board was held on 4th March, 1893. Present: Tho Chairman, Messrs Miller, Rutherford, and Perry. OOBHESPONDENCE was read from the Treasury, request, ing payment of £2015s 4d being half years interest on loan. From Mr H, J. Daeg, re fourths, stating that he has decided that the nionoy shall be spent in paying off interest on loan to be raised for the formation of a road to his property, From Mr R. A. Nicholls, re plans of newly snrveyed road line. From Brown, Bkerrett and Dean, enclosing cheque for rates on sections 19,20, block 4, Kopuarangn. Messrs H. J. Dapg and E.J.Rose, desiring Ibose portions of their pro* perties now in tho Upper Taueru Road District to bo transferred to the Mau- • ricevillo Board, to facilitate the raising of a loan for road f/ '.m ' : V From Messrs Girdwood, asking the Board to apply to the Government to have the Wainuiomapu road surveyed and legalised. From Bunk of New Zealand, acknowledging payment of £2015s 4d, being interest on loan (or half year. From G. 8. W, Dalryraple, ro rates due on section 147, Kopuaranga, From A. (I. Wakelin, requesting services of roadman to olear slips off Mungerai road; granted. From Messrs McGovera and Laing waited on the Board, requesting tho Board to form tho Mungerai track from the Waipipi Creek to Mr MoGovern's house. RESOLUTIONS. _ That this Board will raise no objection to tho transfer of section Of). B. jL' Kopuaranga, ftnd section 108," Kopuaranga, Messrs H, J, Dattg, and Rose and Messengers properties, now in this district, to the Mauricevillo Road Board.
