Claim £6 Is Gd on judgment summons, Tbe Court mado an order that debtor be imprisoned for fourteen days if tbe claim is not paid within six days of tho order being made.

Claim £l6 Gs for board and residence, Judgment with costs 24s and solicitors fee 21s, GREYTOWN,—WEDNESAY, (Before Col, Roborts, R.M,) W. Polo v Karaitiana. Claim for board 15s. Judgment was given for amount with costs. W.C. Nation v R. Robinson. Claim 6813s lOd. Judgment with costs 18s, and solicitor's fee LI Is, Mr Acbeson appeared for the plaintiff. Jane Gibson vMr Telverton, Claim LI 10s for goods supplied, Judgment for amount with costs Gs. Mr Achoiion appeared for plaintiff, E, G. Maunsoll v Wright. Claim LI ss. This amount was paid into Court. H. S. Izard v J, D.
