Order to pay within one week or in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. T, Gallio y. J. Miscolo. —No appearance of either party. Case struck out. Featherston Road Board v. 6. WakcliDi—Old'tii for unpaid rates, £1 14s lOd. J. MoucrL ff, rate collector, represented the Board. Judgement for plaintiff with costs 6s. F.Biltonv. W.H.Eeeves.-Claim for goods supplied, £9l la, Mr Izard for defendant, Mr Achcson for plaintiff. £sl2s had been paid into Court but not to the satisfaction of plaintiff. Plaintiff accepted defecdant's contra £1 19s Cd, miking tlio amount claimed £7 lis 6d, Mr Izard wished to see the plaintiff's account book and the case was allowed to stand down till the production of the book, M. Cochrane v. H, 0. Dowman. Claim for wages. Mr Aoheson for plaintiff and Mr Fownall for defendant. £lßs had been paid into Court, but not to plaintiff's satisfac* tion, This case lasted about an hour, Finally judgment was given for amount pud into Court less half counsel's fees. F. Bilton v, W. H, Reeves. On I the production of plaintiff's account book, Mr Izard pointed out several mistakes and alterations, Judgment was given for £7 lis, and 10s costs, no counsel's fee being allowed.
