TIMARU BUILDING SOCIETY.

Timahu, Saturday. - The Timaru Building Society's report shows ut profit of £1,762, mid the Society declares a dividend of 6%, Tlio defalcations of the late manager, Sims, are stated to be £1,148, but a largo part was covered b) tho securities obtained from him, Tho Directors congratulated the shareholders on the Society having stood the run caused by the discovery of Sims' manipulations.
