Dunedin Tips. (By Telegraph.— Press Association). Dunedin, February 21. A large number oi visitors are in town for the D.J.C, Autumn Meeting, which commences to-morrow. The weather is dull and somewhat threatening. Squally weather with rain showers are predicted. It is expected that eight will start for the Cup. 'The Admiral' tips Pritne Warden, with Outpost or Lakesheli for the Champagne and Huguenot for the Publicans' Plate. 'Tipßter' votes for Thame for the Cup and North Atlantic for the Publicans' Plate. 'Mazeppa' thinks Clanranald will appropiate the Cup, and fancies Heather Bell for the Publicans' Place.
The decision of Judge Richmond (says the Times) entails upon tbe Wellington Racing Club the making of the following duplicate payments: To Mr Matthewß, as owner of Busybody, second money in Nursery Handicap, in place of Mr Ormond's Spina way £ls To Mr C.
