the Late dominations, Judgment for the Plaintiff. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Wellington, Tuesday. Judge Richmond has delivered judgment in the suit brought by Mr McKinnon against the Wellington Racing Club to recover the vultc of the Telegraph Slakes, won by a horse whose nomination was sent to Duncdin in error, His Honor held that the receipt of the nominations at the t?ost Office, did not fulfil the conditions laid down, but tlioy should lwve been in the hands of the Secretary attho Club-room by the appointed time. The action of the Stewards in accepting them was ultra vim. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs on the lowest scale.
