TERRIFIC BOILER EXPLOSION.

A Central News telegram from New York to a London paper says a shockins affair occurred on Saturday, 12th i November, at a mill in the town of r Austin, in Pennsylvania, While work i was in progress tho whole building was shaken to its foundation by the i bursting of a largo boiler, and forthwith the employ 6s, Lumbering several ; hundreds, wero seiswd with panic. An immenso water tank was blown into the air, and descended on the top of two box cirs, whioli were completely destroyed. Another pieco of the boiler struck a number of Hat cars on a siding. The cars, which were load, d with Blabs, were started by the force of the concussion, and rushed down an incline into the water of tho dock.
