It was decided to fire simultaneously the Grand Aggregate Match and the Last Try, 78 out of the 100 men eligible for the former match having entered for it, and 02 for the Last Try.

Monday Evening. At the finish of tho fimnd Aggregate Match the leading men for the Champion Belt were :-A. Ballinger (Wellington) 488 ; McCarthy (Dunedin) 477 ; Humphries (Napier) 471. Thero is now only the final stage of ton shots at 700 yds to bo fired to-morrow. This Day's Shooting. Shooting began at G.BO this morning with the Nursery Match. There were fifty-ono entries, the match being finished before breakfast. The tin between Kruae (Wanganui) and Howe (Wellington), with 20G for tho Onion Company's Cup was fired this morning with five shots at 700 yards. Howo won with 17, Kruse scoring 14. Light showers of rain fell this morning, and it is still threatening. There is no wind The prize list in the Nursery Match, ten shots at 500 yards is

The conditions have boen altered from 000, GOO and 700 yards, to 800 and GOO yards, 10 shots. Only four districts are taking part, viz Auckland; Wellington; Otagoand Southland; and Wanganui, Napier and Taranaki.
Latest. The weather is now line and bright without wind. Tho District Representative Match resulted as follows: -OtagoandSouthland 1,547; Wancanui Napier and Taranaki 1,544; Wellington 1,548; Auckland 1,4G9. The prize is au Exhibition Challenge Cup, and £lO, Tho shield and cup are to be held for one year.
