A meeting of stewards of the Masterton-Opaki Jockey Club was held on Saturday evening last to draw up a programme for the St, Patrick's Day Meeting. The following progrflmme of seven events was agreed upon :-Hack Hurdle Handicap, 80sovs; Maiden Hack Race, 25sovsj St Patrick's. Handicap, 60 80VS! Handicap Hack Eaco, U .into, 85 sovs; Telegraph Stakes,
