[By Telegraph,—Press Association.] Ddnedih, December 28, An eiiraordinaey fatality ocourred at South Dunedin to day. A number of boya were engaged in kite flying; when a lad of twelve, named Fiddiß, eon of a painter, trod'on the kito of another boy, named Foggarty, aged about thirteen. Foggarty struck him a blow, knocking him down. Fiddiß died very shortly afterwards, Fog> garty has been arrested, Later, - In connection with the death of the boy Fiddiß, it appears bo and Foggarty exchanged two or three blows. Fiddis was knocked down, but got up only to again go down, falling on bis face. He nam recovered consciousness, Foggarty has been released on bail,
