Annual Meeting,

The annual summoned meeting of the Court Loyal Enterprise, A.0.F., Mastorton, was held last night in the I orcators' Hall, O.R, Bro. Payne presiding, -Forty-five members were present, and also Bros, G, Heron and P. Gray who attended in their official capacity an Trustees, aud several visitor! faom other parts, The minutesof the previous meeting wero read and confirmed and contributions taken, tho cash book finally closing with total receipts for the evening, £42 9s 7d. Considerable correspondence was read and dealt with. Tho sick report showed that there was only one member on the sick fund of tho Court. It was resolved as a recommendation to the Trustees that Bro. Pickering's -account for covering the Foresters'- Hall with iron, be paid. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. The election of officers. was next proceeded with. The following is the result Bro. 0. Kwington;,

It was decided, upon the report brought np by the Picnio Committee, thatno further action be taken with reference to the proposed picnic at Pigeon Bush, owing to the Railway Department requiring a larger guarantee than the Court is prepare!) to give, and that a pionic at or uear Maaterton be held instead.

The District Reports of the Annual Meeting were distributed amongst the members present, Bro. Waddington, as delegate, giving several explanations in connection with the report, Two new members were proposod, which brings tho number of Gnancial members ol the Court up to 120, and shows tho Court to he steadily increasing.

Nothing further being brought forward, the meeting was closed with the usual ceremonies.
