Ordinary Meeting of Trustees

The ordinary meeting of tlio Trustees of the North Wairnrapa Benevo- • lent Society, waa held at tlio office of tho Secretary, Mr E. H, Waddiugton, Perry street, Masterton, on Saturday ' morning, Present-Messrs J. Siuckey (in the chair), W, Perry, and E, Feist, Tho Treasurer's statement showed aoreditbalamnatthe Bank of £57 17s, and a debit balance in the pi-ttj oasti account of £ls lfis 2d, also that the Bum of .GDI 18s 4J had been received from the United District Board sinco the lust meeting in October, Outstanding accounts {including petty cash) amounting to £9B 2s -Id were passed for payment as funds permitted. The North Wairarapa Oounty Council wroto advising that Councillors W. H. Beotham, James Stuokoy, and Messrs lID, Dagg and R. M, Galloway were elected to represent tho Council on tho Trust. From Masterton Borough Council statin? that Councillors W, Perry and E, Foist had boen similarly reappointed. Several applications referred to tho r - police for enquiry were duly presented '■ with the Seigcunt's report. A letter from Mr A, W.
