(By Telegraph,—Press Association). , Auckland, Wednesday, The City Schools Committees havo passed resolutions disapproving the proposals now before the Board of Education making teachers lodging frivolous complaints against Inspectors liable to dismissal, and a proposal to make country school servico compulsory in candidates for appointment us first assistants in towns. The motion before the board recommending that tho educational control be banded oYer to the local committees and tho abolition of Boards of Education is not likely to be carried.
