Tlio Park Oval had a very lively appearance yesterday (Thursday) aftornoon, when three clubs were occupying the various grounds. The Tradesmen had the centre pitch, and the Excelsiors' and Orientals the others, The former club liad a very successful practice, and should be enabled by the form shown yesterday to pick a rattling eleven from its ranks. Sides were picked by Messrs Wiokens and Clayton, resulting in a decisive win for the former, Messrs Cargill and Richards for the winners and Pringle and Leeks for the losers were the most successful trundlers, The following arothe scores;— WICKENS' TEAM, R, G.Williams 6 S.
