Weights will be declared 15 minutes after nominations have closed, Acceptances will close 15 minutes after the weights have been declared, RULES AND REGULATIONS, All races to bo run uodor the rules of racing, In oasa of a protest, the samo must be lodged with the Secretary within 15 minutes aftor the raco has beou run, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to be forfeited if the protest be found to bo frivolous or vexatious, No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the Secretary, and thirty minutes before the time' o starting.
