Police v, Eastwood, -Mr fownall for the dol'eiulant, applied for an adjournment, Tho Bench granted an adjournment until ten o'clock on the 10th fust. DBEACH OF BOROUGH BY-LAW. Ingram v. Iggulden.- William Iggulden was charged with driving fi\o horses without harness in Churchsireet, Masterton, on the 9th of Sovember. Oonstublfl Cashion cave evidence that the horses wero a danger to children and foot-passengers, A fine of 10s and 7s costs was inflicted, His Worship remarking that the defendant would be lined more if the offence continues.
