MrF.H. Wood's Stock Sale. \ Mr F. H. Wood reports the stock sale held by Lita yesterday as follows: There was a large attendance of buyers and a brisk demand for stock of all classos, except horses, No sheep bad been entered, but about 500 were yarded, and sold at tbe following prices:—4-tooth shorn wethers, lis 4d; mixed ewes and wethers, culls, 8s 8d to 9s 4d; ewes and lambs in the wool, 14s 9d, In oattle tbe main entries consisted of calves and dairy stock, tbe former selling at from 26s to 425, the latter price beiDg the best obtained this season.
Springing heifers, 80s to 85s; dairy cows, 80s to 955; fat cows to 118s; store cows, 60s to 84s. Horses, nominal, a large number entered, but only a few sold, Pigs: Weaners and small stores, 6s Gd to Bs.
