The body of a man muoh decomposed was found at'theHattray-streot; wharf to>day, having evidently been 1 in the water for some time, The man who picked op tbe body thinks it is that of one of the crew of tho Star; of the East, which was at the wharf some time ago, The police, however, believe it to be that of J. ii), Jepnton, a sailor belonging to the barque Crusader, who was missed on November 12. The body corresponds with the description given by tbe captain of Jepkeon; \ <
