The Jubilee' Singers;

Tlio Jubilee Singers conoluded their' Masterton season on Saturday night,, the Theatre Royal being again well '*■ given in excellent style, and the visit ';•: of Mr MoAdoo's talented will be long.reinembered. All theflfl ' choruses were sung in a very pleasing jmanner, and called, forth loud applause. ':'.-.

The principal solos were Mr o.' M. MoAcloo'b "I'm King o'er Land and Sea," whose powerful bass voice was heard to great advantage, and he was ; obliged to respond to an encore. Miss. Belle (Sibbons sang " Caller Herrln'" very sweetly, and' was also encored. Miss Laura Carr'B rendering'of the "Little Mountain Lad" was' a■:■;. finished performance and gained her deserved applause. Miss Julie Wormlie's recitation was listened f to with rapt attention, and was undoubtedly one of the best items on the programme. "The Old Brigade "by Mr M. H. Hodges—the last, solo on the;' programme-was very effectively rendered. A very popular item,■was the male quartet "Bingowas His Name," whioh so pleased the audience that a second item had to be given.
