CRICKET.
A match was-commenced at the Greytoivn Recreation Beßerve on Saturday last between tie let teams of Greytown and Carterton. When the stamps were drawn tie former bad secured 18? on the Ist innings and Carterton 37 for the loss of 6 wickets. For Greytown S. Niobolls (capt), and Jas, Jndd made good butter, with 44 runs each. Carterton's highest was with H. Booth, (stumped) 10, The matoh will he concluded at Greytown next Saturday at 1,80 p.m.y after whioh the individual scores will be published, ■
