Challenging a Bishop's Ruling.

Donedis, Thursday. At a meeting of the Anglioan Synod yesterday, the Rev. Mr'&l took hisseat, under the recent decision of the Standing Committee, but Bishop Neville upheld bis ruling of the previous day that Mr Gifford could not take hie seat. The latter then shook hands with tho President and r . e . tlre ?v After a little breeze between Mr Lubecki and Bishop Neville, nohoe of motion was givdn, challenging the Bishop's ruling.
