NOTICE is hereby «ivon that it is the intontion of the Council, with the consent of the ratepayers interested, to raise n loan under the Government Loam to Local Bodies /Vet, particulars of which are as follows:—The work ptoposod to bo undertaken is metallin? on tlio Ekctahuna to Tonui Road in the Riding of Eketahuna. The sum proposed to ha borrowed for such purpose is £3OO. The amount to be set apart in each year towards paying off the loan is 115. To meet the interest and annual charges on the loan a special rato of 47-lOOths of a penny in the £ will be struck on the rateable value for the tirao being of the following sections:—3o,3l, 32,33, Blrck VI ; 33,84,35,49,50, Block VII; 3, 4, 5, 0,7, 8, 47,48, Block X ; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 0, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, Bluck XI, all in the Mangaono, Survoy District.
