Number of ratopayors who voted for tho proposal, 2, exorcising 2 votes. Number of ratepayers who voted against the proposal, none. Numbor of ratepayers who did not record their vote, 1, being entitled to exeroisel vote. As the number of ratepayers who voted and the numbor of votes recorded in favour of the proposal are in each case a majority of tho total nnmboronthe roll, 1 therefcro declare the proposal carried. Provided that in the case of a vehicle without springs having the tires of all its wheels of a breadth of not leu than five inches, the wheols being so formed that a surface of not less than fivo inches comes in contact with the ground on a linn cart road, the amount of toll shall be one half the rate which would otherwise bo charged under this schedule, By Order, F.
