No nomiDatwns or acceptances will bo received unless accompanied by tho necessary fee. In all nominations for handicaps the name, ago, pedigree, color, sex and prc« vious porlormauces of the horso, name of ownor, and colour of rider must be given. All horses to be ridden in distinguishing colors. Any protest must be lodged with tho Secretary in written within ten minutes alter tho race to which it refers has been run, and must be accompanied by two bovb, which will be returned only if the protest is sustained, Horsos walking ovor will receive 50 par cent of the stakes. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give noticoin writing to tho Seorotary half an hour beforo the official timo of starting such race.
