All horses to be ridden in distinguishing colors. Any protest must be lodged with tho Secretary in written within ten minutes alter tho race to which it refers has been run, and must be accompanied by two bovb, which will be returned only if the protest is sustained, Horsos walking ovor will receive 50 par cent of the stakes. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give noticoin writing to tho Seorotary half an hour beforo the official timo of starting such race.
