CintisTouuKon, Wednesday. 1 AUlie .neeting of tho Diocesan bynod, Bishop Julius urged the improvement of Sunday schools and urged the younger clergy to take pattern by the methods of skilled public school teachers, m training the younger members of the flock. Eeforring to the Temperance question, he said, though he admired _ the earnestness of the Prohibitionists, he could not work with them because he could not deny the liberty of conscience and the right of any man, except the druukard, to take alcohol in moderation.
