Cruelty to Dumb BruUa. (To the Editor, Wajbaiupa Daily r Times), Sib,—l was pleased to see in Saturday's Times a local, noticing the kind attentions of a driver, with ajspade to bis unfortunato horses, I think it a pity tho names of such unmanly curs are not published; it would, perhaps, deter others from indulging too Ireely in their vicious instincts, and as thosa kind of men are always cowards, they would naturally shrink from seeing their name affixed to a now patent for torturing our four-footed friends, [ Cruelty, in my opinion, is one of the worst vices than man or woman can be guilty of, and for anyone whjA ■) willingly infliot pain upon poor dtirao creatures who cannot help or defend themselves, I don't think any punishment would be too severe,—l am, etc, Humanity.
