EKETAHUNA ROAD BOARDNOTICE is hereby given that it is thi intention of the board to raise loan under " Tha Local Bodies Loam Act, 1880," particulars of which are as follows :- The work to be undertaken is 6 chains of formation and 20 chainsof metalling on Makakahi Koad South. The amount to be borrowed is £125. Cost of raising loan and first year's interest tocomooutofloan. Theamount to bo set apart in each year towards paying off tho loan is £7 Us 7d. To meet the interest and annual charges on the proposed loan a special ralo of twopenco and one fifth of a penny in the pound will be levied ou the rateable value for the time being of the following properties [—Sections 26, 27, Block VI., Mangacne Survey District, and Sections 35,36, Block VI., Ekotahuna.
