Aloora wrote asking that as the lease oE section 72, Qaeeu-st., fails in on tba 30th of June, 1893, anil as the building now standing oa the section had been intnred dp to yiie 2j)thjSeptember 1898, the suuvof £l 15s, Being a fair proportion of tho annuul premium, be refunded. Tha Chairman moved that the amount be paid to Mr Moore when the Trustees take over the lease. Carried. [ The Secretary o£ the Masterton School Committee wrote, thanking the Trustees lor the grants made, Viz., .£4O for general purposesaod £7 10a for library, and asking that the first instalment be paid to the Committee aa they are badly in want of funds. It was decided to grant the request. An account from Mr E. Green for •£l7 12a 6d, for repairs to the Salvation Barracks was passed for payment. |
