UPPER TAUERU ROAD BOARD.
! The ordinary meeting of the above Board was held on October Ist, 1892. Present—Messrs J, Rutherford, J. Macßao, J. Miller, and J. P. Perry. Mf Rutherford was elected Chairman, pro to id. The minutes of the previous meaN ing wore read and confirmed. COIIRESPONDEXCE. From the Secretary to the Treasury n payment of interest on loan, From the Auditor-General, enclosing balance sheet for the yeaf ended 31st March. 1892, duly certified. From the Nrttioual Bank of New Zealand, re section 117, Block XII, Kopuaranga, Mr McGovem waited on th« Board, re felling scrub on tbo Alungerai Road line fronting sections 116, 117, eic. It was resolved that Mr McGovero ho granted the sum of £3 to fell tho scrub on the Mungerai Road lino; and also that the Roadman attend to Mr Rutherford's application for work en tho Wiirere line of road during this month. Accouutsamounting to £71.3s were passed for payment, The next mooting of the Board will he held on tho first Saturday in November.
