WELLINGTON SHOOTING TRAGEDY.
[By Telegraph.-Press Association.] Wellington, Wednesday, The murdor case was resumed today, several new witnesses being piovj§lc.ed. Walter Smith, a diver, said Finley fired first at Greenroso, then at McDonald, then Greenrose again, saying each time "one(or you." Finlcy had been knocked down, and Greenrose kicked at him. He took the revolver from his pocket. Witness' attention was drawn to discrepancy between bis and other evidence, but stuck to his version, James Gibbs, Baid that Greenrose fell at the second Bitot, and Finloy then had a revolver in his hand, The latter snapped it at Lynch, but succeeded next attempt, and it was, at Lynch. Tho third shot was fired. This wituess gave a a clear account of the shooting, from which it would appear that only four shots in all were fired aod not five as stated,
