The Prosecution in the oharge of criminal abortion preferred by Di Davenport against William Syma, chomist, bavingapplied for an adjournment, the case came before Mr H Burnett, J. P., this morning and wai formally adjourtied, defendant agree ing, till Tuesday next, the 27th ioat.
