B, Snasdell, a labourer of Woodville, obtained a decree nisi against his wife on the ground of adultery, Kato Phillips sued her hnsband, J, H. Phillips, formerly a surveyor, for a divorce on tho ground of adultery and desertion. The case wbb adjourned*) for further proof of adultery;
