Mr Harrison's Manifesto, (By Telegraph,—Press Association,'
Washington, September 5, The President has accepted renomination by the Kepublican Party, and has issued a manifesto in which he declares that the reciprocity treaties entered into with the various countries have increased the trade between them and the United States by 23 per cent, He expresses a conviction that the free coinage of Bilver at such a ratio as will maintain its equality with gold will conduce to the prosperity of the world.
