{ The ordinary meeting of the abov I Board was bold on September 3rd , Present, Messrs C. E, Cockburn-Hoorj ! (Chairman), John Eutherford, anc • John P. Perry. The minutes of the previous meet ■ ingwere read and confirmed. 00KBE8P0NDEH0E. From P, 6. Mooro, re statement oi receipts and expenditure of the Board for the year ended 81st March, 1892, for transmission to the Colonial Treasurer, From Eose and Messenger, requesting the Board to fall their half of the bush on the road line of soction 108, Block 7, Kopuaranga, the Mauriceville Board agreeing to fall their half. From Commissioner of Taxes, ro Valuation Eoll for the triennial period commencing Ist April, 1802. From Eose and Messenger, ro falling road lino, stating that the frontage of Section 108 is 84chaios, the middle of (be ioad being the boundary between the Boards' making 42 chains for each, which the men now at work will fall at the rate of 35j per acre, From Geo. McKay, requesting that the names of David, Neil, and Alee McKay pe put on the roll as owners of Sections 10Q, J12,110, B. 4 and 7 respectively. From John Eutherfurd, requesting the Board to permit the roadman to complete the work on the Wairereline of road, RESOLVED, That the Clerk be instructed to plnce tho names of David, Noil, and Alec McKay on the roll, That ',ho Board suggest that Messrs Rose and Messenger fall the bush on the road line of Section 108, and when the accrued fourths from this properly are received from the Government the Board will refund tho amount for bushfelling, That the roadman attend to the slips, etc, on Mr Miller's line of road and put in the culverts, also pkco in (he culverts on Messrs Campbell and McLeod's line of road. That Messrs Poulsen have sufficient timber to replace the broken culvert on their line of road,
That a general rate of thre«-eightLs of a penny in tbo $ be now levied on all the raleablo property in the district for the period commencing on tbp first day of April, 1892, and ending on the 81st day of March, 1893, payable in one instalment on the first day of October, 1892, ACCOUNT?. Accounts amounting to £lslßa lid were passed for payment and the meeting adjourned.
