EKETAHUNA KOAD DISTRICT, PROPOSAL TO RAISE A LOAN. NOTICE is hareby given that with the consent of the ratepayers interested the Eketahuna Road Board proposes to raise a loan under tho Local Bodies Loans Act, 1880. The work to bo undertaken is the formation' and metalling of 3| miles on the Mnng&oronga Road, commencing at ihe Main Road and terminating opposite the section line dividing Section 54, Block X,, from the proposed Education Deserve. Theamount proposed to be borrowed is £I2OO. Tho cost of raising loan and first year's interest to be paid out of loan. The amount to be set apart each year towards paying off loan is £06125. To meet the interest and annual charges on the proposed loan a special rate of fivopence and seven-eighths of a penny in the pound will be levied on tho rateable value for thetimo being of Sections 48, 51,64,55,09, 70, 71,150,151,153, 164, all in Block X, Mangaoue Survey District; an Education Reserve not numbered, part of Block X, Mangaoue, and joining Section 54, same Block, and including an area of 250 acres. That part of Native land on the eas side of the railway line including an area of 71G aoreß in lilock X., Mangaone.
