St, Pumtama, August 22. A riot broke oat between workmen engaged at Hugheß' steel factory at Ekaterinoslav and tbe peasantry. The workmen's houses were fired and the factory was wrecked. The military were called out, and quelled the disturbance, but not belore several bad been killed, 1 1
