Messrs S. Walker, J. B. Balfour and A, Asher take the positions stated in a previous message—viz.. Lord Chancellor for Ireland, Lord Advocate for Scotland, and Solicitor-General, respectively. Lord Boseberry's' acceptance of office in the new Cabinet is officially announced, in consequence of which foreign stocks generally have
