The Daily News, however, states that the Marquis of Eipon, Lord Kimberley, Sir G, Trevelyan, and Mr J. Bryce will also be in the Cabinet, and that Lord Brasany will be Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Lord Kimberley or Lord Oarringtou Secretary of State for the Colonies, and Sir 0, Russell Attorney-General, ~New Yohk, August .1.6.
