London, August 16, The latest rumours us to the composition of the Cabinet are that Mr Gladstone will he First Lord of the Treasury and Lord Privy Seal, Lord Hersohel, Lord High Chancellor; Earl Spencer, First Lord of the Admiralty; Mr Asquith, Home Secretary; Mr H. H. Fowler, President of the Local Government Board, and Mr Mundolla, President of the Board of Trade, These, with Mr CainpbelUkunerman, Mr Morley, Sir, W.Vernon Harcourt, and Lord Rosebery, will, according to the Standard, form the Cabinet.

The Daily News, however, states that the Marquis of Eipon, Lord Kimberley, Sir G, Trevelyan, and Mr J. Bryce will also be in the Cabinet, and that Lord Brasany will be Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Lord Kimberley or Lord Oarringtou Secretary of State for the Colonies, and Sir 0, Russell Attorney-General, ~New Yohk, August .1.6.

The societies in Chicago have resolved if Home Bills is rejected to use physical force to compel its acceptance,-, . London, August 16. Lord Hervey, who was returned as the Conservative member for Bury St. Edmunds at the general election, has resigned, and Lord Chelsea will contest the seat,
