ROAD BOARDS, ETC, MASTERTON ROAD DISTRICT. TEOPOSAL TO BAISE A LOAN. IN consent of the ratepayers intercatod, tho Masterton Road Board proposes to raise a loan under the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886. Tho work to be undertaken is formation and bridge building on the Kiriwhakapapa Road, The amount proposed to bo borrowed is J6300. The amount to be set apart in each yoar towards paying off the loan is £ls. To meot interest and annual charges on the loan it is proposed, to abriko a special raie of a penny and a twentieth of a penny in the Pound on tho rateable value for the time being of sections 77, 78,79,80,81,82, 83, Block VII., and part of Section 50, Blocks VII. and VIII., Mifei-Miki Survey District, A meeting of Ratepayets for the purposo of considering the proposal will bo held in theOpaki Schoolhouse, at 7 p.m. on THURSDAY, tho Blh day of September, 1892. Tho above rates are for the period commenced on the Ist April, 1892, and ending on the 31st March, 1893, and will be made payable at the Council's Office, Hall-street, Masterton, in one instalment on the 22nd day of Septembor, 1892, The Kate Book are open for inspection during office hours at the County Chambers aforesaid.
