Notice is hereby given thatifc ij thn intention of the Bourd, with the onsent of the settlers intprested, to raise lie sum of £2,600 uud er the Government Loans io Local Bodies Act, 1888, (or Pori Road. Tlio particular works to be undertaken are Compensation for land taken (in fencing or otherwise) and formation, bridging, and clearing on Pori Road. The amount to bo borrowed is £2,500; the expenses of raising tlio loan and charges in connection with same will come out of loati. The amount to be set apart each year is £125. To meet the interest and annual charges on the loan a special rate of 7d in tho I will bo levied on the following sections :-S. 13, 221 acres of S. 12, S. 11, 7, 10,1,2,4, Blnok V., 5.5, 2,1, B.
