Grey, a Bill to rogula'o the Admission of Persons to practise in tho Courts of Law; Hon. Mr Cadman, tho Native Land Court Bill; Hon. Mr Seddon, the Government Railways Act, 1887, Amendment Bill; Mr McGuiro, an Act for tho Constitution of Egmont County; Hon. Mr J. MoKenzie, tho Otago School Commissioners Empowering Bill. SECOND READINGS. Tho Conciliation Bill, Local Authorities Accounts Bill, and Land Boards Election Bill were read a second time. Legislative Council, In the Legislative Council the Bible Reading in Schools Bill was [negatived by 12 votes to 11.
