It was also resolved to put in pipes to serve tho Jubilee aa well as the manual engine, Hitherto the Jubilee has had.,to getim supply of p|er from BenaU's creek or ith'n creak id Bannister-nfee{,'atid to combat a fire in the'centre of (lie town it would 'be impossible for the Jubilee engine tp put on more than one jet of water, With a well in the centre of Queen Street a four-jet supply wouldbe ppsBiblo.
