Violent Outbreak in Teheran. (PRESS A8S0OIAT1ON,) St. Petersburg, August 7. ™ Twelve hundred fresh cases of oholera and 660 deaths have been reported since 2nd August in Rostov and Nakchivan, in the Don Distriot.
