Bowen and Joe Scott was ' commenced al the Garrison Hall tonight, wjien the two men were despatched on the twenty-four hours' journey. This Day. Shortly after miduight, when Scott had traversed 13 miles 16 laps, Bowen gave up, owing to ill health.
