B. Vogel as solicitor and junior counsel in Court of Appeal, £78155; costs paid to OrawH solicitor, £125 7a; diaburaements by Crown solicitor, £2l 17a; reporting proceedings in Court of Appeal, £7B ss; passages of Hansard reporters, £1812s; Court proceedings, £152 7s 6d, These were the total costs borne by tho State, as no costs were paid for defendant's solicitor, and no fees were paid in the proceedings at the instance of the convict Aldridge,
